OUR STORY
Founder Andy Kelly started as a busboy and worked his way up to national service trainer for restaurant groups including Carrabba’s Italian Grill and Pappas Bros. Steakhouse before entering roofing in 2008. He spent seven years learning the trade at a major Texas roofing contractor, then founded 314 Roofing Solutions in 2015 alongside his wife, Stefanie Kelly, who brought the accounting and operations discipline to match his vision for customer service.
Their mission from day one: treat every roofing client like a guest at a five star restaurant, not a line item.
